United States-2 Stars for Delivery Issues and Item Quality
I've bought several times from Beth and Brian before, with quick delivery and wonderful item quality. I ordered this accessory set on April 14, 2024, for my wedding date of May 4, 2024, along with another dress. These items arrived the night of May 4th after several failed delivery attempts that I wasn't contacted for at all, despite already having given my contact information. The reason listed was "incorrect address", but when I input what was on the tracking slip in Google Maps, it led straight to my residence. I could NOT get in contact with the shipping/delivery company (Piggyship), and when I finally got someone on the phone, it was a Chinese man who DID NOT speak English??? Aside from the delivery issues, the product itself came in a nice box, but the items weren't secured, so everything was all jumbled together. The hairpins had a good weight, but the fan part of it was thin and bent out of shape, as well as one segment of the bottom of one of the earrings.
