When will my order ship?

Orders are fulfilled in our office in Hawaii or warehouses in China, there is a 1-3 business day processing time for each order; it may takes longer for the holiday season.  

How long will it take to receive my order?

We offer Standard shipping and Express shipping service. Express shipping take up to 3-5 business days, and Standard shipping take up 7-20 business days; However, delays possibly can occur in transit, due to the Covid or the holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered. If your order is urgent please make sure to use the fasterst Express shipping.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Shipments may be subject to delays due to customs, regions, and national holidays. If your estimated delivery date has passed, Please contact us at: Support@bethandbrianqipao.com, we will be there for you and find ways to solve the problem for you.

Ordering process is simply 3 quick steps:

  2. Enter your billing and shipping information

How do I apply a coupon code?

  • Coupon code section lies between your listed items and checkout! ( Click show order summary)

  • Entering your coupon code then hit ➡️  to apply discount.

Can I cancel my order? 

We can only process cancellations for items that have not already arrived in the shipping company. Please contact Support@bethandbrianqipao.com with your order details, and we will cancel your order and provide a full refund. 

Can I place a bulk order?

Yes, please email us at support@bethandbrianqipao.com if you want to place a bulk order ( more than 15 items ) so that

1) We will make sure if we have enough inventory for you.

2) We will give you a bulk order discount.

What is your return and refund policy? 

  • We will gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your items:
    • Please get in touch with our customer service representative by emailing us at support@bethandbrianqipao.com. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
    • Our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours with an USA return address for you to ship your parcel.
