We mainly ship to USA, but we also ship worldwide. We ship to North America, South America, Europe, Asia, East Europe, Middle east, Russia and Africa.

When will my order ship?
Orders are fulfilled in our office in Hawaii or warehouses in China, there is a 1-3 business day processing time for each order; it may takes longer for the holiday season.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We offer Standard shipping and Express shipping service. Express shipping take up to 5-7 business days, and Standard shipping take up 10-20 business days; However, delays possibly can occur in transit, due to the flights or holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered. If your order is urgent please make sure to use the fasterst Express shipping.
What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
