Where do we ship to? 

We ship worldwide,  If you do not see your country listed, please contact us and we will make it happen! 

Order Processing Time

  • Orders will be processed by our office in Hawaii or our warehouse in China and shipped within 2 to 3 business days of receiving payment. Custom orders will take some time to get done before ship.
  • We offer both standard and expedited shipping services. Expedited shipping typically takes 5 to 8 business days, while standard shipping takes 12 to 20 business days. However, delays may occur due to factors such as customs, local transit, and weather conditions.
  • Delivery times may vary by location, holidays, disaster, and weather.
  • Orders will be shipped on business days in the order in which they are received. If your order includes out-of-stock items, we may ship them separately.

Return Shipping

Lost Shipments & Refused Deliveries

Once an order is marked delivered by the courier, Beth and Brian Qipao is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

Refused deliveries will incur deductions from your refund, including: original shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs duties, and a handling fee.

Import Taxes & VAT for International Orders

Beth and Brian Qipao do not collect taxes from international orders therefore all taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

Order Cancellation

Please carefully verify the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address, and other details before completing your payment. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be easily modified. If you wish to cancel an order, please send an email to support@bethandbrianqipao.com. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled more than one hour after submission.
